Terms & Conditions of Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa Promotion

  • To enter the competition, registration on the APN Reader Panel must be received by 5pm Friday , 2010.
  • One winner will be drawn from all the new APN Reader Panel registrations and existing panel members that ‘invite a friend’ to join.
  • The winners will be drawn randomly at 4pm, Tuesday 13th April 2010 at the offices of The Nielsen Company, 129 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna.
  • APN will attempt to notify the winners by phone and/or mail commencing Tuesday 13th April 2010.
  • APN accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
  • Winner must claim their prize by Friday 23rd April 2010. If the prize is not claimed by Friday 23rd April 2010 the prize will be re-drawn by APN, as it deems necessary to distribute the unclaimed prize.
  • The prize is:

  • The following conditions apply to the prize:

    5. Bookings can only be made and confirmed within 60 days of intended travel date.
    6. The Winner will receive a letter that must be provided upon booking and check-in at the resort
